Important Information For Our Favorite Customers

Hi.  Welcome to  We're the on-line sales division of Nyberg Fletcher & White.  Sounds like a law firm, doesn't it?  In fact, we're in the promotional products business and have been for 50 years.

What are promotional products?  They are all manner of products on which you can imprint a company logo so that, when your employees or customers wear or use them, they're promoting your business.  They're a form of advertising which encourages a connection among your employees and, most importantly, between your company and its customers.  They're mostly for business, but promotional products can also be used by organizations to help them raise money and even as a fun and memorable giveaway at special events.

So what can we do for you?  Take a look around.  If you see something you like, it's easy to order it on-line.  You can do it yourself, pick out what you want, upload your art and we'll take it from there or, if you prefer, you're invited to use our chat service to talk to one of our customer service specialists who will be glad to help you.

In the meantime, here's some important information...

Are there minimum orders?  Yes.  The minimum order is just $100, but there may also be minimum quantity restrictions imposed by the suppliers of some products.  Be sure to read the product detail screens for the individual items in which you are interested.

Returns.  Because everything you order will be imprinted with your company logo or other special art, we can't take your products back.  The exceptions are any items you buy from us that are defective or not what you ordered.  From the day your order arrives, you have 15 calendar days to report a problem that might require a return or replacement.  If there's a problem, please call to let us know as soon as possible.

Changing or canceling an order.  Orders can be revised or even canceled – up until production is underway.  So you need to get in touch with us as soon as possible if you have any changes you want to make.

Protecting your information.  Information you give us, including your email address, phone number and credit card information, will not be sold, given away or used for any purpose other than processing your order.

Will we send you a sample of the product you're thinking about ordering?  Sure, but samples will not be printed with your art and not all samples are free.  In some cases, we'll have to charge you for the cost of a single unit of the item you select.

Will you get to see what your product looks like with your art?  Absolutely.  We'll email you a digital image of the promotional products you order for you to approve before the order is finalized.
